We recently bought an investment property with Gijo in Pearland. We live in Austin, and it was hard to select a house without seeing it. But he would do a Facetime and show us the house and we were able to buy a house that we liked. When you are in market to buy a house, oftentimes it is a tough decision even for an experienced buyer to zero in on a property, and Gijo with his great market knowledge helps a lot to evaluate a property value. One of the best qualities of Gijo has been his no pressure style. We heard stories and had some experience where a realtor often tries to overvalue a property for quick sale. Gijo always left it up to us to make the final decision on the asking price even though he gives a very good evaluation of what he thinks the value of the property is. This helped us a lot especially during a sellers’ market when most of the houses had multiple offers. He gives much importance to the client interest and is very patient as he showed us different houses till, we found the house we needed. He is very flexible and was available to show us houses that we chose the same day most of the time. He communicates very well and discussed the process and the pros and cons of the house we were trying to buy. He helped us by taking care of electricity connections and gas connections for the house since we were not living near the house. He also found us a tenant within a month and helped us with the transfer of keys to the new tenant in our absence.
